Using the generator
The image to 3D generator is offered free, as is, for anyone with a browser. You may use it for personal, educational or commercial work. You may not use it to attack the service, to resell access to it, or to generate content that is illegal where you are.
Your content
You keep every right you already had in the images and prompts you submit, and you confirm you are allowed to submit them. Do not upload material you have no right to use — a photograph someone else owns, or an image of a person who has not agreed to it.
The models you generate
The 3D models the generator returns are yours to use, including commercially. Note that AI-generated geometry sits in an unsettled area of copyright in several countries, so if a model is going into a product, check the position where you trade before you rely on it.
No warranty
AI reconstruction is probabilistic. A mesh may be watertight or may not, a texture may be crisp or may smear, and a result you liked may not repeat exactly. Nothing here is a guarantee that a generated model is fit for printing, for a game engine, or for any other particular purpose.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms as the service changes; the date above is when this version took effect, and continuing to use the generator after a change means you accept it. Questions go to the contact link in the footer.
